Ambiance music is the perfect tool for relaxing and focusing while studying or for helping you fall asleep. It provides a calming background noise, similar to a white noise machine, while also incorporating aspects of nature such as rain, wind, and rustling leaves to create a soundscape perfectly tailored to relax any listener.

Bedtime Yoga

While intense exercise before sleep is not recommended, something gentle and mindful like bedtime yoga is perfect for easing into mindful breathing, relaxing the muscles, and reflecting on the day. This gets both the body and the mind ready to quickly fall into deep, high-quality sleep.

Breathing Exercises

Breathing is something that is simple, and we do it constantly without even thinking about it! However, being cognizant of your breathing, especially through exercises that focus on elongating the exhale, can stimulate the vagus nerve. This calms you and reduces anxiety in preparation for bedtime.
